Are these pans non-Teflon coated (what I want!)?- If they aren't, what kind of non-stick coating do they use, and does it leach into food?

Chicago Metal uses a non-stock coating called "Americoat" - it is a silicone-based coating. I'm not sure about leaching, but according to their website, the coating is PFOA and PTFE free and "Suitable for contact with food per FDA code 21CFR175.300"I know in general, silicone-based coatings are considered much safer than Teflon since they don't leach toxic metals into foods.http://www.cmbakeware.com/products/americoat-plus

Anyone purchase this for a Breville Mini Smart Oven?

I purchased mine for a Cuisinart Toaster Oven. It functions extremely well. I use cupcake liners in the muffin pan so don't know how the non-stick works on it - - but the non-stick properties do an excellent job with the other two.

Looking over the 3 pieces it does not state where they are made, nor was there any paper work enclosed with these items so I can't help you (sorry).
