This water filter works perfectly for our pebble ice maker. Before installing the filter the ice had a taste that was a little off. Now with the filter the ice is flavorless like it should be. Guests to our house love the ice and rave about it, even coming over to grab ice from us for their house. the filter is easy to install under the sink and only a few drops of water leak out during filter exchange which only takes a quarter turn to uninstall/install. Also, i had an issue and reached out to Customer Service for help and Kimberly was kind to immediately ship a new filter even though I didn't ask for one. This is a great company to work with and I'll be a customer for life.

I’ve owned this filtration system for a couple of years now so I’ve ordered many replacement filters. 80% of the time these filters are great with no issues. Unfortunately, the other 20% of the time is a real inconvenience. Randomly, a new filter will just not be right. The water flow will be wrong and it will take forever to even fill a cup. And the taste just isn’t as good. To the opposite, when you get a correct one, you get the best water flow when it’s first used. And you have no way of knowing until you replace the filter and try it. I really wish these would be consistent to make this the best experience. I am done paying for the bad filters though and will have to start returning them. You will know immediately when you have a defective filter. On average, we get two months of use out of a filter with high usage. We love the product so I hope they get it sorted out

Filter works great- water tastes better than without filter. Filter was easy to install originally and replacement filter was also quick and easy.

It works well for me and pretty easy to install just make sure you follow the directions completely. I recommend it.

I use this under my sink and use another fridge pitcher water filter and make the nasty town water tast better then bottled water

I purchased a Waterdrop 10UA-UF 0.01 μm filtration system several months ago and I have been very very pleased with the results. I actually bought two units, as the lightweight compact design was a big selling point for me, as was the easy installation. I had a problem with one of the two original filters so ordered this replacement. I then reached out to customer service to make them aware and to ask a couple of questions and they were so kind as to refund the cost of this replacement since the original was still under warranty. Truly incredible customer service that was fast, friendly and went well beyond my expectations. With a stylish but functional compact design, easy installation, durable parts, great water taste and quality -- as well as excellent customer service -- the Waterdrop filtration system is a real winner and can't be beat.

Prodotto top. Facile da installare e da cambiare quando la cartuccia si esaurisce. Il sapore dell'acqua cambia definitivamente e la preferisco di gran lunga alle acque conmerciali. L'unica cosa che ancora non faccio è un'analisi dell'acqua prima e dopo il filtraggio, pertanto non me la sento di esprimermi in merito. Comunque il risparmio della plastica e della comodità sono impagabili, ad averci pensato prima!
