Good replacement at a decent price.
I had the OEM version waiting in an air tight container until I needed it. It literally fell to pieces when I tried to take it out for use. This replacement seems very similar to the original at a lower cost. Worth a try.

Doesn't stay attached on one side
At first I thought this headband pad was great. It snapped right on like the original Lightspeed one. But after one or two flights, one side became detached and won't snap back into place. I should not have thrown the packaging away! It works (kind of), but it is a constant annoyance.

Worthless.
Worthless. Doesn’t snap into the headband clips on the headset. The pad receiving slots are concave when they should flat or slightly protruding outward.

Great alternative
Great alternative at a great price. I don't know how they'll hold up yet. They snapped on perfectly. Took a bit of pressure to snap into place and they look and feel like the original.

The pad will not stay attached completely.
This replacement headpad is sort of ok, but it won't stay attached on one side. The holes in the pad where the attachment prongs on the headset insert are simply the wrong size. This is no problem once the headset is on, but taking it off and putting it back on always makes the headpad fall off halfway. Since I'm a flight instructor and have my headset off and on several times a day, this has gone from minor annoyance to complete hassle.
