Essential Electronics Toolkit, Basic Tool-Set with 16 Precision bits (4 mm), Magnetic Screwdriver & Opening Tools for Electronic Devices

Really handy for tinkering with phones, watches any tech devices really. The bits will cover pretty much everything if you need more they sell more. Magnetic screwdriver is useful for not losing anything, the bits just slot in and the lid has a segmented design for storing anything in its own spot. Only issue is Tweezers are not very well made and bend a little too easy but over all everything else is well made.

Has pretty much everything you need to take apart your phone. I took apart my old honor 10, and it did a great job. Of course, you need practice, and as this was my first time I cracked the back glass, as it already had a small chip in the corner. But this was not the fault of the kit, and it enabled me to take out the motherboard, cameras, speaker and charging ports, and have a good look inside my phone. It has every kind of screw you can imagine, although it only has manuals to take apart some more popular phones, meaning for less popular phones like mine, I had to find other manuals for taking it apart. The screwdriver is magnetic, which makes everything much easier, and I particularly liked the design in the lid which allows you to organise your screws - particularly useful for iPhones I imagine.

Very good and well made i have noticed a few of my shims have snapped but the magnets are great and the jimmy is very durable

Tools are of decent quality, screwdriver bits are magnetic, you can use the plastic housing as a screw organiser tray & you get some stickers in the box (if you're into those) My only disappointment is with the tweezer as they have very precise tips which is nice, but one of my tweezer tips was bent awkwardly compared to the others. Overall, decent value for money considering the quality of the tools

Expensive compared with others but excellent product

Used this to open my laptop to clean the fans. All the tools were perfect for my use case. Will continue to use to build my PC. Very much enjoy the container, the presence and the overall vibe. Will continue to buy from Ifixit

Amazing. Bought this as needed to cleaning out my xbox serious x and wow, this tool box was just the best! Some many screw heads, amazing case quality. The lid had segregated squares to separate the different type of screws. Just amazing, love this kit. Just buy it.

È il secondo kit che compro. Il primo mi è durato anni e l’ho usato praticamente tutti i giorni per lavoro: alla fine alcune punte si sono rovinate, ma onestamente non è un difetto, è semplicemente usura normale quando lo sfrutti davvero e con continuità. La qualità iFixit si vede subito: le punte calzano bene, non “spanano” facilmente le viti e il cacciavite è comodo, ergonomico e molto robusto. Per me è un set essenziale perché dentro c’è quello che serve davvero per smartphone e piccoli dispositivi, senza riempitivi inutili. Nota speciale sui plettri/strumenti di apertura: il plettro iFixit, per come lo uso io, resta uno dei migliori in circolazione. Infatti ne ho preso un altro apposta anche per quello. Inoltre il prezzo lo trovo centrato: rispetto a molte alternative “da marca”, costa il giusto e, considerando la qualità, per me è persino economico. Pro Strumenti e punte di qualità, fatti per durare Cacciavite ergonomico e molto solido Plettri/strumenti di apertura davvero efficaci Prezzo competitivo per quello che offre Contro Con uso intensivo e quotidiano, qualche punta prima o poi si consuma (normale) Dopo anni non riesce più a tenere calamitate le viti svitate, ma basta una calamita piccolina da mettere a metà sulla punta e si risolve.

Great product. Yes its expensive in India because its imported, but it is still worth it, provided you have regular use for it. The pro tech toolkit is also available In India but this one does most of the job at half the price. However if you just need a basic toolkit you can get cheaper options that can give a greater value to you.

This is the second product that I have owned from iFixit. Bought this one for the office and you'll never be disappointed with iFixit product. It's a really good quality product - the price is a tad bit expensive (for me at least) compared to those cheaper options but you pay for the quality and you can be sure that it will last a very long time.
