We purchased the F7N Redtiger camera about 18 months ago and it has now paid for itself 100x over when it provided evidence to the police and insurance that my wife was not the one at fault in an accident that totaled her vehicle and the other party lied to the police. My wife was going to get the ticket after the officer talked to the other party first, but she was able to show the officer the cam video and they reversed course and issued the ticket to the other party. Then the other party lied to their insurance, but after providing the video to their insurance, the adjuster immediately accepted 100% responsibility. Easy to install and with clearly written English instructions. Great suction cup with integrated GPS antenna makes installation a breeze. Cam will slide off mount if you want to hide it while parked without removing the entire mount. Crystal clear video, front at 4k and back at 2k, produce high resolution video where you can read license plates and even identify who was driving another vehicle. Even more importantly, it has a good app that you can use to directly download video from the cam without pulling the card and taking it to a computer. Just in case you are in an accident, you can instantly download the relevant video to your phone and show to Law Enforcement and e-mail to your insurance company. This is hugely important so a ticket can be issued to the at-fault party on scene as my wife did. If you can't show the officer when writing the report, they may issue the ticket to the wrong party or no one if they can't figure out who was at fault. If this happens, it's a long up-hill battle to get the other party's insurance to pay out and the police will never cancel an incorrectly issued ticket, so it forces you to go to court to defend yourself. If you are in a serious accident (if anyone goes to the hospital, it's serious), the officer may confiscate the SD card or even the whole camera for evidence. You may not get it back for weeks or even months. Sometimes they get lost an then you have nothing. Have a copy safely on your phone so you can give it to your insurance company and lawyer immediately! Buy the REDTIGER F7N Dash Cam Hardwire Kit to go with it if you want 24/7 monitoring without killing your car battery. Never wonder who backed into you in a parking lot or keyed your car if it happens to you. Some things that set Redtiger apart from the others: They actually have tech support. We had an issue with one camera not liking our SD card and contacted support to see if we had a bum Cam or bad setting as the issue was intermittent. Turns out it was just a faulty card after running a write test on the computer. Not a big issue as SD cards are cheap, but good to know that if you have an issue that Redtiger does support what they sell. Software updates. We've owned the F7N for about 18 months and have received software updates to improve functionality. The cam was great when we got it and even better now with new features added. Proof in the pudding: We liked our F7N so much we just bought another Redtiger cam, a F7N Touch, for a new (to us) vehicle and it's great too. Note: I wasn't paid for this review nor given a demo unit or anything else. I'm only a satisfied customer that is enjoying the premium quality and features at a great price vs the big-name competitors and their high prices.

A great device! Small yet easy to use. Good screen quality. Video is clear, even at night. Installation was pretty simple. The power cord was the perfect length for my 2018 4Runner. Came with a tool for working it behind the molding. The rear camera wire was well long enough (had to figure out ways to hide the excess wire in the molding but not hard). Once setup works good. I was going to upgrade the memory chip but I don't think it's necessary unless you regularly driving many hours every day. The only significant issue I've found is the manual it comes with is poor for describing the camera's setup and all the controls and icons. Had to Google many answers. Otherwise it's great!

I bought this dashcam back in July 2025 when my teen got license and started to drive. I am satisfied with the quality of the dashcam. It does what its supposed to do. Mounting: a) Reliable suction to mount dashcam. Rear cam unstuck once under blistering heat in summer. No issues with it. b) for my Infiniti M37, the wires provided were more than sufficient to hide it behind the car's interior panels. Video Quality a) Very clear, good quality videos - both front and rear. Good coverage area by both cameras. Wifi Connectivity: a) I am an iphone user, connecting to app to access camera files and download files is reliable. Having said that here are things I am not a big fan of - hence the 4 stars a) 1 Min video length, file size about 181MB. Downloading a file from camera on to the phone takes about 1min. b) If I need to trace a 15 min drive, it creates 30 files, 15 front and 15 rear, to download them all takes 20 to 25 mins. I often want to check how my teen drove in the morning/evening. Having to download 60 to 80 files takes forever. If RedTiger can allow faster file download via usb-c cable rather than on wifi, that will help. Also the UI is not great, as I can't multi select files at once. its making me select one file at a time to chose the files to download.

Very good dash cam. The 4K video quality is clear both day and night. The front and rear cameras work отлично and provide extra security while driving. Installation was simple and the menu is easy to use. Great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Really great dash cam. It's one of the highest quality video cameras I have seen. Lasted 2 years with no flaws! Almost 2 years to the day, the screen started to freeze on boot up. I contacted support and I am out of warranty, however the support is so great that they will send me a one time replacement for free. Couldn't ask for a better solution. Highly recommend!! I know 3 people who I recommended this one who bought it and are happy.

I purchased this camera before moving to a big city that is known to have an increase with car break-ins and damage to personal vehicles. My plan was to purchase the hardwire kit and have parking mode running as a second set of eyes on my car. Anyway, the installation of both the camera and hardwire kit was fairly straightforward. Anybody that can operate a smartphone could navigate the settings on one of these cameras. I would say that the memory card provided is pretty small and once the camera starts recording, you notice there won’t be space for very much footage - especially if you intend to capture videos in parking mode. The problem I had was communication between the app, the camera, and the hardwire kit. There was always some sort of issue! This hardwire kit is fairly easy to install. One wire goes to the ground, one to a constant hot (such as the battery) so it always has power, and the last wire to ACC (some sort of accessory) which has power when the car is on, but turns off when you shut the car off. We tried many variations of ACC and constant connection, made sure there was proper voltage, even purchased a larger memory card, tested and REtested the connection with an electric light tester, etc. The camera was always showing it had power and that it was recording when it should have been, but the footage wouldn’t be there from when the camera should have been recording in parking mode. All settings for parking mode were arranged. The camera recognized the hardwire kit and displayed a large “P” on it which is the icon for parking mode, but again, there was never any footage. After all of this, I reached out to RedTiger customer service AND tech support. They STARTED off nice. In support’s first response, they said rest assured if I followed the troubleshooting they sent me and it didn’t work, they would replace my items. Well, guess what? The troubleshooting didn’t work and then they jerked me around, asked me a million more questions, asked for photos, the whole nine yards. I sent everything they asked for, even more, and maybe that was my mistake. Next, they would say oh I need another photo or send me another troubleshooting list even though they sent that same one to me 2 emails prior. I mean how different can a fuse box look from one photo to another? You can’t exactly cram a phone or camera up there to take a photo… Well, now I have jerked around with this camera and these customer/tech “support” people for almost a month. The camera arrived on March 4th and it is now March 26th. Of course this is a long review, and if you’re still with me, I applaud you. Save yourself the time, energy, stress, and sanity. Do NOT buy this camera especially if you plan on using the parking mode! After this disaster, I purchased the ROVE brand dual dash cam. It took the same amount of time to set up as this travesty. The ROVE camera announces when it is switching modes (you can also turn that feature off), Parking mode on/off, recording, stop recording, Wi-Fi on, WiFi off, etc. The best part is - all of my footage is there! It has been like night and day. Edit to add: After receiving this review, RedTiger did reach out to me. In an effort to make things right, a different customer service representative said they would be sending me replacement products. I still plan on keeping this review up, as it was a nightmare dealing with the camera, hardwire kit, and trying to resolve the issues we were having. I feel everyone deserves to know if they are thinking about purchasing! However, everyone also deserves to know that RedTiger reached out and tried to clear the air. Good luck to all of you folks. After researching and debating on several different brands of dash cams, I decided to go with the RedTiger F7NP as a gift for my husband and I couldn’t have made a better choice! The screen quality is crisp & clear as is the video, including nighttime videos also. The recordings on the iPhone app are very easy to see. My husband said it was simple to install & use. The cameras ( front& rear)fit so well that they are hardly noticeable. I contacted customer service to ask about the correct hardwire kit to purchase and they sent one free of charge! They also made contact to make sure that I received the package and to ensure that we were able to connect without any issues! Definitely the best customer service. I would highly recommend RedTiger to anyone looking for a great dash cam with great support!! we plan on purchasing another one for my car!

I’ve purchased 2 of these cameras for my kids cars in the last 1-2 years. Firstly, installation was straight forward and relatively simple. I reached out to customer service to obtain the ‘permanent power’ leads to wire the power directly to the vehicle and they sent them quickly. Recently a camera stopped working and I received the same excellent service from the customer service team and was sent a replacement camera quickly again. Based on the camera, price and service, I thoroughly recommend the product and the company!

لقد قمت بتجربة الكاميرا بصراحه جودة تصوير عاليه وواضحه وايضا يسجل الفيديو مع الصوت مع خاصية إلغاء الضوضاء للأمانه بدون مجامله المنتج ممتاز ويعتبر من فئة الداش المتوسط المقارب للفئه العاليه يعني بالعربي اشتري المنتج وانت مرتاح البال ولو في شي في المنتج ما ناسبك تقدر ترجعه وتأخذ فلوسك بالنسبه لي المنتج عجبني من حيث ازدواجية الكاميرات ايضا عجبني من حيث جودة التصوير UHD طبعا أقوى كاميرا داش كام تأتي بخاصية HDR وتلقاها اقل شي ب ٩٠٠ ريال فأكثر ولكن كاميرا الداش هذه اللتي اشتريها قد تصل تقريبا في جودة تصويرها ووضوحها إلى فئة HDR . ارجوا ان يكون شرحي واضحا وتعليقي جيدا

Je recherchais une dashcam de bonne qualité dans un budget raisonnable. Après lecture de plusieurs avis je me suis lancé dans celle ci et je ne regrette pas. Très bonne qualité d'image à l'avant comme à l'arrière même si sur la camera de devant la video est plus contrasté donc plus 'belle'. La vision nocturne est un peu moins nette mais reste quand même parfaitement exploitable Les points positives - Facile à installé - discrète surtout celle de derrière - connexion wifi pour visualisé en temps réel sur le téléphone mais il faut l'activer à chaque fois - cable pour la fonction parking envoyé gratuitement par le vendeur sur demande - Super SAV qui répond et résous les problèmes très rapidement Les points négatifs - Plutot longue à démarrer en gros en mode parking si la voiture est percuté la personne à le temps de partir le temps que la camera s'allume sauf si on choisit de faire le timelapse sur 24 ou 48h - Lors de la mise du contact du véhicule une fois sur 10 la caméra s'allume et se coup directement sans aucune raison il faut la rallumer manuellement - Il faut activé sur la camera le wifi à chaque démarrage de celle ci ce qui peut être contraignant sauf si on en a pas l'utilité. (Pour ceux qui on le cable parking, il aurai été bien de pouvoir laissé le wifi activé en permanence (au choix par l'utilisateur) pour avoir accès à la caméra quand la voiture n'est pas trop loin) -Lorsque le wifi est activé les boutons de la camera ne sont plus disponible il faut désactivé le wifi pour les utilisé - La touche raccourci pour activer le wifi est trop longue il faut rester appuyer 30s sur le bouton - Les cables devrait être branché sur la ventouse ca donnerai un aspect plus esthétique et ca éviterai que les fils pendent lorsque l'on enlève la camera du socle et ca éviterai l'usure des prises si on l'enlève régulièrement - Le logiciel rédiger player n'est pas très au point. Lorsqu'on lit les videos dessus les videos saccadent alors qu'elles sont nickels sur VLC - Mise à jour régulière sur le site mais il est inscrit nul part les améliorations apportées En résumé très bonne dashcam que je recommande à 100%. Service client AU TOP en cas de soucis !
