Friction Labs Secret Stuff Quick Grip Liquid Chalk

Dries fast, cleans hands and just flat out works. I do use powdered chalk in addition to this but as a base layer it's amazing. Only wish there was more in the bottle.

First of all, you need to shake the tube because the liquid will separate. Use just a teaspoon or two and rub on your hands, one time, quickly. It dries to a powdery dust. I use this for sport throwing, and it lasts about three throws before the powder is gone. That's all I really need at a time, so it works ok. One thing to be aware of, is that any amount of wet or dried powder will prevent the cap from closing completely. I've seen reviews where the opening to the tube gets dried out and clogged. I can guarantee this is from not completely closing the lid. In fact, I have to clean it every few times I use it to get the lid to shut completely. If you see a gap, or if it doesn't click, it isn't closed! If it is closed, it does not dry out.

It works well

My boys take gymnastics and we wanted to not only give them grip but provide some sanitizer to avoid taking home extra crud. This stuff works great and the kids like using it. Stays on too.

For being just isopropyl alcohol, magnesium carbonate, and water, this thing goes on, dries off, and chalks up like magic. The residual chalk is super fine (much more so than Unicorn Dust) and stays on for quite some time. I don't find it completely replacing my trusty chalk bag, but for bouldering, it does cut back on all the loose chalk and dust flying everywhere. Think of it as a more self- and neighbor- friendly alternative to dunking your hands in the chalk bucket and clapping/blowing off the excess.

Would not recommend. The liquid chalk dried into a solid lump after a short period of use. The bottle is now completely clogged and nothing comes out, making the remaining product unusable.

Love this stuff! Works great and leaves no residue on weights or around the gym. Better than gloves as there is never any slippage.

Ottima crema

It is expensive but I really like it. It really improves your grip, even on sloper holds. You don't need to chalk up as often, as you do with powder and you don't leave such a mess all over the rock. At the same time, it's not as harsh on your skin as other liquid chalks.

I use this for outdoor pistol shooting, works like a charm! A little goes a long way! Only complaint is the cap doesn’t seem to shut properly so I run the risk of having it spill in my kit, so it lives in a ziplock bag.
