99% Bitterness
As it says 99% cacao. Bitterness at peak. I'm not a big fan of cacao. But because of my wife interest we purchased. It was so Bitter even she didn't like and eat this chocolate.

Bitter.
Bitter. Feels less bitter when at room temperature. Goes well with black coffee but consume in small amount as it can be really strong and prevent sleep. Probably the only 99% cocoa chocolate in India at this price range. So, definitely the best deal.

Love this no sugar dark chocolate, not for everyone though. You need to develop the taste for this, I am reordering this as it's not easily available in store
