Excellent budget SFF m-ITX case. The top and front fans mount to the case via the include M3 screw rather than standard fan screws. PSU socket orientation matters if you wish to add an optical drive, but if you can live without one then you can bend the cable around into the area that the ODD would occupy. I recommend using an SFX/SFX-L psu as it is difficult to find a good ATX psu that is only 14cm long. Silverstone 700W SFX-L psu has allowed me to have a pair of standard 120x25mm fans mounted to the top panel, but you may need to go with a slim (120x15mm) fan over the psu to avoid Raising the base of the case, or better yet replacing the feet with some speaker feet, will dramatically improve airflow to your graphics card. Air-cooling: I was able to just fit a NH-14s cooler onto a Asrock B450 motherboard after removing the internal side panel and modifiing the power cable connection on the rear of case. Arctic Accelro Xtreme III will also fit inside if you wish to change your GPU cooler to something quieter. Watercooling: by using an SFX or SFX-L psu you can mount a 240mm radiator with dual fan set to pull configuration. I found that the ID Cooling Hunter Duet was a good option if you wanted both CPU and GPU to be watercooled. Add a pair of ID Cooling slim fan to base for cheap VRM cooling on a radeon card.

Ottimo case itx economico. Buone ventilazione e organizzazione dello spazio interno.

Mesmo sendo micro-atx mantém um bom espaço para organizar os cabos e conexões. Além de ser lindo e bem minimalista é bem construído e sólido, apesar da tela inferior vibrar com as fans, nada que um pedaço de EVA não resolva. Não me arrependo de ter comprado.

Ein gelungenes Gehäuse für ein System auf Mini-ITX Basis mit langer Grafikkarte. Positiv: - Der Hardware Einbau läuft ohne Probleme. Man kann den ganzen Deckel abnehmen und beide Seitenteile komplett entfernen. - Es ist genug Platz hinter dem Mainboardtray um alle Kabel schön zu verlegen. - Perfekte Spaltmaße, Seitenteile schließen absolut bündig ab, nichts wackelt. Da hatte ich schon vermeintlich hochwertigere und teurere Gehäuse, die in der Hinsicht nicht besser waren. - Auch sehr lange Grafikkarten können eingebaut werden. - Gute Belüftungsmöglichkeiten ganz nach eigenem Wunsch/ Bedarf. - Staubfilter unten für die Grafikkarte. Neutral: - Relativ dünne Materialstärke, fertig zusammengbaut aber stabil. Ich wäre trotzdem bereit einen kleinen Aufpreis für dickeres Material zu zahlen. - Kein Adapterblech für ein SFX Netzteil dabei. Negativ: - Die Befestigung (Verschraubung) der Grafikkarte am Gehäuse wird hinten mit einem zusätzlichem Blech realisiert. Dieses so zu Positionieren, dass man die Schrauben durch kriegt während die Grafikkarte gleichzeitig etwas unter Zug gesetzt werden muss, ist eine fummelige Angelegenheit. - Die seitlichen USB Anschlüsse sind sehr schwergängig. Beim Einstecken eines USB-Sticks oder eines Kabels muss ich das Gehäuse mit der anderen Hand festhalten, da es sonst wegrutscht. Das wird mit der Zeit sicher besser bis die Anschlüsse sich "eingearbeitet" haben. - Der Platz für eine 2,5" Laufwerk hinter dem Mainboard ist grenzwertig, wenn man eine starke Grafikkarte hat, da dann zu viel Hitze auf die SDD (HDD) einwirkt. Hängt aber auch von der Kühllösung der Grafikkarte ab. Wer einen Radialkühler hat der alles hinten durch die Slotblende rauspustet wird damit keine Probleme bekommen. Sonstiges: Ich würde nur jedem unbedingt empfehlen ein SFX Netzeil einzubauen und wenn möglich ein modulares. Erleichtet einem die Arbeit enorm und wer wie ich auf schickes Kabelmanagement steht, kommt nicht drum herum. Fazit: Meiner Meinung nach ein super Gehäuse für den Preis, klar wer Alu will, muss etwas mehr investieren. Ist zwar Kunstoff, aber wirkt und fühlt sich nicht billig an, ganz im Gegenteil. Hatte schon viele Gehäuse in allen Preisklassen und Größen und bin mit dem Cougar echt zufrieden. Meine aufgelisteten Kritikpunkte finde ich nicht so schwerwiegend, sodass ich volle 5 Sterne vergebe und das Gehäuse weiterempfehlen kann. Zuletzt noch meine verbaute Hardware: EVGA Z170 Stinger i7 6700K übertaktet auf 4,5 GHz 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200 MHz Powercolor RX 480 Red Devil Samsung Evo 850 1TB Corsair SF450 Kühlung/ Lüfter: Noctua NH-U9S, 2x NF-A9 92mm (Kühler und Gehäuse hinten), NF-P12-PWM 120mm (im Deckel hinten, geht nur bei Vollast an) Fragen beanworte ich gerne!

Muy buena relación calidad precio con muchas posibilidades de configuración. Entra perfectamente una gráfica grande (sapphire Pulse Vega 56, 2,5 ranuras), incluso se pueden añadir 2 ventiladores debajo siempre que sean de 15mm, aunque quedan muy cerca. Con una gráfica de 2 ranuras acepta ventiladores de 25mm de grosor. Todavía tengo pendiente añadir los inferiores, superiores y el frontal pero de momento se defiende bien. Recomendable fuente de alimentación SFX para mejorar gestión de cables y flujo de aire (la mía es una Corsair SF600). Personalmente que sea de plástico por fuera no me importa. Muy recomendable!

Excellent little case. For the price it’s amazing quality and the well thought out design choices make it much easier to build in that I was expecting. Capacity for drives is good, though a 3.5 inch hdd fits (and still having room for several 2.5 inch drives) it is definitely noticeable and feels out of place in a case like this. Cooling is good, however I say this after dumping the small exhaust fan that was too audible for me and putting in some 120mm ones than are so much better, so be warned you may want to go down a similar route if you have this on your desk. I’m debating whether to upgrade to a 120mm AIO next as the ryzen 2700x I have in here is power hungry and vertical height for air coolers is something to consider. I’d recommend a SFX PSU as it gives you much more space to work with, but a small ATX modular one would probably be fine. Couldn’t ask for much more from this and would expect it to cost more than it does. Update: I did update the cpu cooler to a 92mm Asetek AIO, the 2700x was running a little too hot for my liking or too noisy when fans ramped up. Definitely very happy with the case still.
