Oh Capโn my Capโn! This cereal literally makes people Happy :-)
What can I say about the Capโn that hasnโt been said already? This cereal never gets old. Itโs delicious every single day. Even at night by the dry fistful. Or properly marinated in a giant bowl of delicious 2% milk. Or tossed individually across the kitchen to my 13 year old sons open mouth. Even the dogs love it, if they can snag oneโand they are very picky eaters! This cereal is nutritious and balancedโloaded with a trace amount of vitamins and natural ingredients, complimented by a paragraph of exotic ingredients youโve never heard of and cannot pronounce. Most importantly, people are Happy when they eat this cereal. My children are Happy when they eat this cereal. That makes me Happy. And then we all bring Happy to the world around us. And everyone wants to be Happy. I canโt say for certain that the sugar in Capโn Crunch doesnโt give my kids cavitiesโฆ *SOMETHING* does. And something gives ME cavities. I do know my kids should floss more, especially when they are eating Capโn Crunch. This is according to their dentist, who they do not like. And while I tend to trust the professionals, I have never told their dentist that I let my kids eat Capโn Crunch. Nor have I told my dentist that I do so myself. Luckily, this review feels like a safe space. Enjoy and have a Happy day!

Childhood Memories
Same great taste as the 80โs! There is no other cereal that tastes even close to this, so itโs definitely a go-to. The high sugar content isnโt exactly healthy, but how else could they make it taste this good??!! I love the crunchiness, and it doesnโt get soggy quickly. Take advantage of the large family sized boxes because this will go fast! I think the price should be a bit lower but it wonโt stop me from buying!
