I've been using this backpack for several years, and I wanted to wait before writing a review so I could comment on how it has held up with long-term, everyday use. After extensive use, I can confidently say that it has been a great purchase, especially considering the price. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the fabric. The straps are supportive, and it sits nicely on the back. I also use this as a carry-on item when flying, and it works perfectly. It fits well under the seat and holds everything I need for travel. I was looking to update my work bag and found this. I was looking for a backpack for work that didn’t look like I was going on a hike but one that was big enough for my laptop and other things I like to keep in my bag. I watched some of the video reviews to help me make my decision to buy this one. I love the size, Goldilocks for me, the quilted design and soft material. The padding inside is another feature that I wanted. The zippers don’t stick and the pockets on the sides will hold my drink cups that fit in my car’s cup holder. The shoulder straps are comfortable too. I bought the warm gray which is a beautiful beige and the gold tone hardware makes it look much more expensive than it was. I highly recommend this backpack!

I bought this backpack for my month long trip to South Korea and it did the job and came back still looking new. There is a section for laptop/Ipad where the inside is a suede material, a big pocket for all other things with smaller pockets, and two more in the front. I thought the material was durable and soft on the outside and the zippers were very nice and none broke. You can also hook the zipper for where you store your laptop to another zipper when closed so it acts as a lock". Two pockets on the side for a water bottle and adjustable straps. Overall, I loved this backpack and it made it through hiking, plane travel, car travel, and being put on ground for photo ops, or public transportation! Oh and it has a strap on the back to slide it on top of your luggage which was great if you didn't want to carry it:)

Love this Bag. I been having an eye on it for a while. It came on sale and I snatched it. Better than I could imagine. My daughter had another color that she uses for college and it has held up the last two years. Very sturdy and I love the way the strap contours to fit in your shoulder perfect.
