I was definitely skeptical at first because for a product to state its a natural pain reliever, improves sleep, promotes meditation etc all while simply being a mat with spikes seemed to good to be true. I went for it. I laid on a sof surface (bed) without any clothing and at first it's uncomfortable which is to be expected until you acclimate to the sensation. Then the effects are almost immediate. From the burning sensation (which feels oddly amazing) to the numbing effect, you do go into a relaxed state. I actually drifted off for a few. When I tell you this is relaxing I mean it! So glad I made the purchase. This will be my new night time routine. I also want to point out that the quality is good. After usage you can expect more cheaper brands to not be as sharp aka the benefits will not be as impact full but this brand is pretty sturdy and meant to last.

Easy for me to get comfortable using. Some people might be intimidated by the initial feel of it, but try and push through the initial discomfort. It has become a staple in my pain management regimen. And it makes me relax to the point of sleeping while using.

I love this mat. The price is awesome. It’s a quality product. I love that it all rolls up and can easily transport or be stored. I do recommend watching a YouTube video if you’ve never used a acupressure mat. It takes some getting used to, but it’s worth it. I pack the travel mat for all my trips!

I bought 2 of these when they were on sale, because getting 2 sets (w/ pillow, mat, and roll-up combo mat bag) for the price of ONE Shakti pillow (by itself) sounded like a great deal to me. 4 out of 5 stars because the quality is like a step or two below a Shakti pillow/mat, which is still pretty good. I was gifted a Shakti pillow a year or so ago and it genuinely changed things for me. I'm someone who has naturally tense shoulders, like that's kind of their default setting for [some reasons] and my neck is often tense because of that. The Shakti pillow helped in more ways than one! I actually have fallen asleep & had great naps on that thing! Sadly, I lost it in my last move. So, I was in the market for a replacement. My partner has had spinal injuries in the past and was in pain management for a long time he also gets frequent headaches. He'd never tried acupressure before and I was excited to introduce him. Let's be honest, there probably isn't an Amazon brand that is 100% on par with Shakti. I definitely searched around, checking all the reviews for many many options. This was the best deal in my opinion, between what you get for the price and the quality of reviews. I also looked closely at the "pins" because all are not made the same. There's different lengths, spacing, and hardness between sellers... the Shakti brand actually offers different lengths or levels of pressure depending on what you need... so I didn't want a cheap knock-off. This is one of those things that's worth paying for it to be well-made. I think this is a great option for someone just "dipping their feet" into accupressure. Maybe not-as-great for someone who is used to it & looking for a more intense experience. We have incorporated them into our morning stretch routine now, and will occasionally use the pillows before bed to ease tension in the neck which sets us up for a better night's sleep. We've used them on the bed & on the floor (on a yoga mat). They definitely deform more and have more "give" when on the bed (for obvious reasons). On the floor, they still deform quite a bit under your body weight, but it's still a good level of acupressure for beginners I'd say. Using the body mat & neck pillow at the same time can be intense, but once you're adjusted to it, after about 7 minutes of breath work you will feel a warm, relaxing sensation spread throughout your body as it stimulates the body's natural pain & inflammatory relief. We both find our backs feeling much better than usual after laying on them & doing some full body stretching. It may depend on the kind of headache one has, but I have had times where I had a headache and just taken 10-20 min to lay on the acupressure pillow, flat on the bed, and it did provide me relief! Again, that's not gonna be universally true for all people or all headaches, but if it feels like it's coming from tension or a crick in your neck, it's definitely worth a try. Ultimately, when I can afford to get a new Shakti pillow I will, because it was firmer (didn't deform as much under body weight) and the quality of pain & tension relief was even better. But I am happy with these as a more affordable, introductory kind of thing! Thank you!

I gifted this to my boyfriend, and he’s loved using it! His job is hard on his body and this has helped with his bad headaches/migraines that he gets. His back and neck have not been has tight as of late. I feel like it was worth the money, it is easy to use and put away, and the color is super cute. Would recommend!

I love it! So far, I've mostly stood on mine, using the smaller mat, and I like the feeling. I've stood on mine for about 15-20 minutes at a time. When I'm done and step off, my feet will have a little bit of pain for a little while, similar to what a sunburn feels like, but very mild. I know not everyone would be able to handle it, though, like my girlfriend with fibromyalgia. If you have fibromyalgia, I don't recommend that you use it. I use the pillow sometimes. I have yet to really take the time to lay down on the mat, because I'm weird about things touching the floor and laying on the floor, and using the mat on my couch didn't give me the same intense sensations, because the softness of the couch causes too much give. I'll need to put a towel down or something to really use the whole mat, but I liked the sensations of standing on it, so I'm sure I'll like laying on it, too. One other thing I will mention that others have also said is that you need to be careful when handling the mats and pillow. The plastic spikes are SHARP. Pressing directly on them doesn't do much, due to force distribution or whatever, but if you were to accidentally rub a finger or thumb across a single spike while handling the mat, they will scrape you, and it can feel like a paper cut. I like how it all folds up into a nice little bundle with handles, with two easy snap buttons to hold it together, but I've snagged my finger a couple times grabbing it without paying attention. No blood or anything, just minor annoyance. Overall, I like it. I'm glad I made the purchase, and I'm glad it's HSA eligible.

Not sure whose idea it was to ship the item in a clear bag? Is this Amazon or the company? I would like to thank whoever made the choice to ship the item that way so it was completely visible to the family member who was going to receive it for Christmas. The actual item is good quality for the price and has a nice look and to it.

Love everything about this MAT! Easy to use, comfortable and so well made. Helps with the pain in my neck and easy to use before bed to help with sleep. Love love love.

I don’t leave reviews too often unless it’s for something that I am really impressed by, but this acupressure mat by Daikini is genuinely a great item to have for pain management and stress relief. I have chronic pain from a shoulder injury and this setup allows me to get into a deep state of relaxation and helps me feel so much better. I also experience foot pain and standing on the smaller mat for an extended time is an amazing sensation. I highly recommend this item for others dealing with similar issues.

Esta muy completo y bonito viene tal cual la foto pero el material no se ve nada extraordinario y se me hace más costoso que varios de su competencia entonces sugiero comprar uno más económico al fin no cambia el material, solo el tapete extra y que se puede doblar para transportarlo pero los picos y el material es cualquiera y el precio es elevado. Packaging: Product is a 3 peice set that comes with: x1 Neck Pillow x1 back mat x1 Mat for your feet (but they can be used however you see fit) The neck pillow and foot mat neatly wrap around inside the the back mat which buttons up and it turns in to a carry case with handles. It also pretty good quality. Product: As for the product itself, if you are a beginner with an accupressue mat, I suggest started with a t-shirt and eventually work your way down to not having one. It will be painful for a bit but if your breath though the pain i swear it's worth it!!! Overall I am very happy with this product!!

初めての鍼マット。あれこれネットで調べてこちらの製品にエイッと決めたが、これにしてとてもとてもよかったと思う。 特筆すべきは、その収納性！他メーカー製品で、巾着のような収納袋がついているものがあるが、ヨガマットなどでも、袋に入れるというのは一手間になる。それが、この製品では大きいマット自体が収納に大きな役割を果たす。持ち手のついた大きなマットをオムレツの卵のように使い、ミニマット、枕を具材のように中央に置いてパタンと折り畳み、スナップ止め。商品ページのようなバッグ方になるので、その持ち手を家の中にあるフックに掛けるだけ。片付けにストレスがない。使う時だけ出したい私にはとても向いている。片付けが面倒になって使わなくなったりするのは、もったいないはなしなので。 鍼マットの性能としても、他と比べているわけではないが、じんわり血行がよくなるのがだんだんきもちよくなってきて満足している。 丁寧に作られている印象。色が黒というのもすぐホコリなどついて汚れやすいかとおもいきや、そんなことがなく嬉しい。
