Can this be used to remove old wood smell on floors?

This is furniture polish which has a very pleasant smell but is not designed for floors. You should wash the floor with Murphy's Oil Soap which is specifically formulated to clean wood floors and has a clean lovely smell.

Is the enhancer available in a larger size?

Use floor cleaner formulated for wood not furniture polish.
