This is a bit on the expensive side (and I’m not cheap). However, it quickly replaces electrolytes, tastes good, and no mixing req’d. If you’re diabetic, this is a good drink for adults on the go who require hydration with little sugar. Easy to use, rehydrates and lifts energy level, quality product. Just need to look for a sale.

Antes usaba otra marca, pero desde que probé esta marca y sabor, me agrado mas, lo utilizo por que algunas veces tengo diarrea y me ayuda a mi salud digestiva. Es muy buena para la hidratación, después de una diarrea. me restaura de inmediato, es prebiotica, saludable y se restauran los minerales que perdí. Lo recomiendo! no es dulce.
