Great value
Awsome chain and bar combo. Chain is very sharp even after about 3 hours of use cutting. Just bear in mind chain takes a different style sharpening file that conventional chains but definitely a great chain. Bar is well made and durable.

Works great so far
Installed on moderately modified MS390, cuts great. Bar labeled "Thunder Cut," seems well made and works great so far. The chain cuts GREAT. VERY sharp, cuts smooth and straight. Bar oiling is better than smaller bars (S*ihl, O*egon) but seems to have a deeper-than-usual chain groove that DOES get packed with oily gunk. Hasn't been a problem, seems to be below chain travel. I just clean it out when removing the bar. Also used bar with a portable mill and ripping chain (different brand). Works great. Very likely to purchase the 28" version at some point.

So far so good
The price was great, the chain came sharp as it should of. The bar is a bar as advertised. Cut about four cords of reasonably clean hardwood with only light touch ups to keep the chain sharp. Time will tell and the first time I rock the chain will be the true test

Just buy a sthil bar.
(Coming from a man that owns a loggin company) If your doin anything other then back yard clean up or maybe cuttin firewood, (even that’s a stretch) I would not recommend. Gave 2 stars because it technically functions as it should. VERY flimsy, super thin, bends super easy and over all just not worth it. I have multiple holzfarma 660 saws that are great! (After you turn RPM up) But just buy the saw head and go buy STHIL bars, it’ll save you money in the long run, last 10x longer. For like 10$ more or something

24 inch bar and chain combo.
I cut wood for a living.this bar and chain combo cost 70 dollars.a bar and chain combo from stihl costs around 230..both brands work great.i bought this combo for my stihl 500 I. take my word for it..it works great. It oils good. It cuts strait.it does the job
