The best jar in the world. But the quantity is not more than 1700 ml in a 2 litre jar. It's sturdy and easy to use. I'm using it for my curd fermentation. It's 100% value for money. It's clear, and the lid is tight. Over-all good buy.

Good but inconsistent lids
Well, it's a glass jar. It's nice. They stack nicely.The only problem is that the lid fit is inconsistent. I have a bunch. Some lids are easily rotatable/openable/closable - and sometimes they're not. On some of the jars you have to use a little force to open the lid, and on some the lids slide and rotate easily (making it much nicer to open them to get banana chips from).A matter of luck what you're getting. I found that the 250ml jars have better lids.
