Does this include the larger flower in the picture or just the sticks and babys breath?

Just baby’s breath and sticks.

Can you use the same flowers when you get a refill? Or is it new sticks and flowers ? Also can you use different scents ?

We suggest that you use new fiber reed sticks because the sticks have already absorbed the fragrance so it wont last long and we don't recommend using it for different fragrance as it get mix the scents. As for the flower, if you are using a glass container that holds the flower, you can wipe off the outside of the glass and reuse it with the refill. Thank you!
