Gaia mushrooms are grown organically in China, where about 85% of the world’s supply of Mushrooms are grown. They choose their supplier, Nammex, because they align with their mission, vision, values with regards to quality. The founder of Nammex has over 40 years of experience studying medicinal Mushrooms and has been perfecting the science of organic Mushroom farming in China since 1989. Only the fruiting body is harvested and extracted and their mushrooms products are rice and gluten free.

Haven't really been using it long enough to tell of its done anything. I had to stop because of a stomach thing. I don't think it was the supplement as I do get flare ups of ibs from time to time, and this hit me after I had been taking it for a few weeks, so unlikely it's related, and I honestly think I had a 48 hour stomach bug that's got my good gut flora out of whack so I haven't resumed taking this just yet. I trust gaia products as I've had results with other supplements from them. Just can't give an honest review at this time.

I’ve been taking these for about two months now and wanted to make sure i came back to review because they have honestly helped me SO much. emotionally, cognitively, energetically... just so many little ways. for reference I have ADHD, PTSD, and OCD. Gaia’s* cordyceps help relax me but at the same time they energize and motivate me. the release is smooth and long lasting. they don’t have a weird taste, no taste at all. they do t upset my stomach and they regulate my metabolism. I don’t get hangry in the middle of the day, which honestly makes me more productive and obviously in a better mood. *I say Gaia specifically because I tried another brand last year, and they literally did nothing for me. I trust the consistency and efficacy of this brand.

Don’t get me wrong, I do believe cordyceps work. It was my first time, so it was hard to compare it to something and like everything it builds overtime. I do believe I’ll give it another shot, just not sure how big of a change was…
