Description says whole grain. Nutrition label says zero fiber. Which is it?

There is a white sticker over the ingredient box, so I cannot tell you what is in the bag. The sticker is not removable. It is presifted flour marked whole grain, so I would assume there is fibre in there, but cannot say for sure.

Is this dark rye flour?

No it is medium and yields a lovely rye loaf.

Does it match European T720 rye bread flour?

I’ve only used this rye flour. It was the peasant bread recipe. I did one cup rye flour and 3 cups regular flour. Also, added tablespoon of caraway seeds. The bread came out great. Good luck.
