Very good little machine
Bought this to help my aging joints, in particular my back and hip. Within 2 weeks it’s already having a positive effect and I’m walking better and more upright so it’s definitely helping me. I’ve also noticed that my legs and arms are toning up which is an added bonus. It’s very easy to use and there is hardly any noise which is excellent. I’m enjoying my now daily exercise sessions. Very happy with this purchase.

It works
I’ve been using my Bluefin Fitness Vibration Plate for a few weeks now and I’m honestly really impressed. It feels really sturdy and well made, and there are loads of settings so you can build up gradually depending on how intense you want your workout. I mainly use it for quick sessions (around 10 minutes) and I’ve noticed my legs feel more activated and less stiff, especially after long days. It’s also surprisingly easy to use, and the remote makes it really convenient mid-workout. It is a bit bulky, but that’s expected with something this powerful. Overall, really happy with it and would definitely recommend if you want something to support your fitness routine at home.

Appears to be a quality product. Beware handle things COME OFF!
I’m very impressed by this device. Closely examining it I am impressed by the evident attention to detail in the design. I’d say it’s well made. I’m not saying that it’s a cheap knock off or tacky in any way. Upon getting this out I found, thankfully without any harm being done, that the ‘handles’ on either end COME OFF (see pics). The handles are a simple push fit in the sides of the ‘deck’. So, beware when handling the device that you CANNOT CARRY IT, IN ONE HAND, hanging by the handle. The package includes a relatively small poster showing suggested exercises (see pic) this is quite nice. The included literature further includes detailed dietary information. All in all a nice well rounded product package. I’d give five stars if it weren’t for the inexplicable handles. I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.
