It is very good starter. Please somebody please share me the perfect recipe of sourdough

Very nice product. I built my own starter from it. It's been over a couple of months and have baked dozens of loaves. Each one has turned out to be fantastic!

I lost my starter while shifting. So i ordered Alla's posh flavors Sourdough starter and wasn't disappointed. Made Sourdough bread and crackers, pancakes with discards. Also nice of posh flavors for hand holding me throughout the process as INSTRUCTIONS was missing in the pack as advertised. I feel they also should have instructions of not only how to make the starter but also of basic sourdough bread for first timers. I refridgerated starter for next time. Go for it!

Very good product. The starter is active and worked perfectly for my focaccia. I received the wrong item initially, but the seller quickly shipped the correct one. Great customer service.

I have used 3 of the 5 starter sachet...at all times it made all wheat Artisan loads with excellent rise and great taste. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

This is an excellent product specially for Indian consumers who have almost little to no idea of what a sourdough bread tastes like! The commercial bread that we get to eat here in India is little more than a sugary, chemically infused "sponge cake" that is anything but healthy. Although baking bread using this culture would still not be called a sourdough in true sense, it is closer to that. Be sure to use quality wheat flour such as Lokwan or some other hard red winter wheat varieties, from MP in particular, for best results. Happy baking.
