Yes. The Razer Pro Click Mini is VERY similar. The main difference is the fact that the Click Mini is designed more for productivity, with its silent mouse click switches and more office-centric design. The Orochi V2 and Pro Click Mini both have wireless 2.4ghz and BT connectivity, PTFE Feet, adjustable DPI, and a small form factor. The Pro Click Mini has about 20% less battery life, and is about 20% heavier.

Does this require a usb adapter to use with razer-brand laptops? or does it work natively?

This connects via USB type A or bluetooth. So if your laptop is compatible with any of those 2 you won’t need any converter. If your razer laptop only has USB-C you can use a converter and it will still work

Will these mouse work through razer hyperspeed multi-device support, through single dongle for keyboard and mouse?

I know it works with the BlackWidow V3 Mini-- you can use one dongle to use both mouse and keyboard. It's configured in Razer Synapse
