It’s high quality Vitamin-D at a great price
A great price for high-potency Vitamin D3. AT LEAST 60% of the population is Vitamin-D deficient, and the daily RDA of 600 IU is not nearly enough to reach and maintain optimum levels (60-80 ng/dl). I’m not a doctor, so do your own research, but this product and dosage is ideal to get you where you need to be. Get your Vitamin-D level checked out; most health insurance providers will cover it.

Waaay smaller gels than a year ago.
These gels are half the size they were a year ago when I bought them. I'm concerned that the dose has changed even tho it says they are the same.
