This mixer quality is good but unnecessary features are making time waste... 1. Typical Locking mechanism really not required ... U will get irritated 2. I owned a panasonic mixer grinder for almost 10 years. It stopped working so I bought this again. But I was really DISAPPOINTED. There are many problematic issues. 1. The motor is not thst string. 2. The lids open when we grind even though we grind when it is locked (mixer has safety feature where it doesnt run till lid is locked) but unfortunwtely if we are doing wet grinding snd even though the batter is less, lid pops out. 3. The biggest jar should have a DOME like lid while it is normal lid do we can make very limited quantity of shakes etc 4. The juicer jsr provided is totally useless. I could extract only a small glass of juice from 20 oranges I wish I could return it back but company will not agree to it. I have been so dissappounted and I was the one who always told everyone buy Panasonic. I had to buy Sujata mixer now and kept this aside

Best in the class product. I have been using one Panasonic mixer for past 17 years and this new one is replacement for the old one. Never breaks down. Very easy to use.
