The best of the lot
Have tried others. This is the best. During the day it will blur vision a bit for a while but......relief. A straight gel works best at night when blurry vision doesn't matter for an hour or so. Night goggles also helps as many sleep with their eyes not fully closed. Masks keep eyes lubed.

Use this every night
Here is my perfect storm of circumstances. My ophthalmologist told me several years ago that I have dry eyes. I started using a CPAP machine a bunch of years ago. The mask leaks and the air blows into my right eye. A couple of years ago, I had cornea replacement surgery. Given all those factors, my doc recommended I use this product to hydrate my eyes at night (and a similar product for the daytime). I have to say, it does a good job for me. A drop or two at night and I am good till morning. It is a regular part of my kit now. If you are wondering, why not use this product in the daytime, I don't recommend it. It is thick and clouds the vision. Like I say, when needed, I use a similar product for daytime use. Recommended.

I have these as a "Subscribe & Save" item.
I have extremely dry eyes. I use these every night just before going to bed. I know that they are effective because since using them my vision has improved some what. That feel good in my eyes. They do stick well while I sleep. For me, these drops are worth the money.
