Durable, easy pain relief
This product is simple and it works! It holds heat for a decent amount of time to relieve pain. Its easy to use by just throwing it in the microwave for a minute or two. Its a decent size to cover the area youre trying to provide heat therapy to. I especially enjoy using it for lower back pain. Its very durable and ive used it dozens and dozens of times.

Item is a good size for warming hands, shoulders, neck, and also works well as a heating pad for feet in the bed. Followed instructions to heat in microwave only for one minute at first, and now have heated repeatedly for up to 90 seconds each time. The heating pad does hold heat for a long time, and is very comfortable. I'm not sure if the two-sided design is a great benefit, but the soft side is very comfortable.

Good but hanky sized
This pad is nice and soft and works well. My problem is that I didn’t read the size and was trying to replace one that spanned my whole back. Good for its size but not what I needed ir expected.
