Zonon 4 Pcs 12 x 12 in Reusable Tile Stencil for Painting Large Pattern

Great stencil. I did my front porch and back lanai. I bought 2 sets to make it easier on me.

I loved this stencil and as you can see I did my fireplace. I did use all of the stencils so it went faster. I found the stencils easy to use and sturdy. Clean up was easy since I used a water based paint. I just let them soak in dawn for a bit then washed them and they are ready for the next project. There are a ton of stencils and some are really expensive. I thought this was a great value and beautiful.

I actually ordered 2 pkgs of these to paint a rug on my front porch, but 1 package was larger that the other package, so I sent it back and used this one. I taped them together and just moved them as I went along. It turned out better than expected and I get so many compliments on it. At Halloween, we had so many kids make comments about how cool it was and they thought it was a real rug.

Ultimately, I am very happy with the results. That being said, please know this was an ENORMOUS amount of work (particularly, lying on the floor touching up edges). It also ended up costing more because the stencils are okay quality, but not great. i needed to buy three packages, which still cheaper than anywhere else. Even with careful cleaning, I found the stencils could only last so long. For the base I used the 2 part Rustoleum floor paint, and regular Behr Marquee for the white. Then top coated with Rustoleum floor coat step 2. I did 2 top coats. The only reason I didn’t use Rustoleum (which would have been the wiser choice) for the white, was cost, and I already had the Behr Marquee. All in all I’m glad I did it, but also happy I didn’t know how much work it would be..lol A few additional thoughts that may or may not be helpful: - I ended up buying a very cheap magnifying visor for the touchups - ended up with better results and less eye strain while also lying on the floor. - If you’re a perfectionist and have pets that shed, you will at some point need to get over yourself. My dog never went near the bathroom and there was still no way to 100% prevent a few stray hairs from getting in there. At the end of the day, it’s not noticeable.

The stencils are very easy to work with. I do recommend wiping the stencils dry before you move onto the next area. I painted 12x12 pavers and all 4 stencils fit perfectly.

I think it looks great. Followed all review helpful suggestions. I did use adhesive spray, and I purchased two packages of 4 and taped them together for ease of covering the porch floor. Adhesive spray not that necessary for a flat horizontal surface however, probably more important for vertical wall. I don't even want to attempt that. It's a 150 yr old farmhouse so wasn't looking for perfect. Ordered with Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint, Satin Aqua, and it went smoothly. Imperfections were expected and wanted.

Sólo que las orillas son muy delgadas y es muy fácil salirte y manchar, tómate tu tiempo ya que es pesado aunque parece fàcil, compra el spray para Pegar stencils y una brocha de esponja chiquita que este plana de la parte de abajo. Y al menos 2 stencils del mismo diseño facilitará el trabajo.

At first we tried rolling the paint on, and it kept bleeding under the stencil. We knew if we spray painted it, there would be some over spray, but we tried it anyway. Spray painting was definitely the way to go. It was so much quicker, and easier. The over spray actually looks ok, and adds a little bit of an "aging" look. There's a few spots where the over spray got a little thicker than we wanted, but once we decorated, it's not really noticeable. I have since added a small rug under the chairs to break up the pattern a bit. I love how it turned out!
