My daughter can now keep up better!
Upgraded the gearing for my daughter's 16" coaster-brake bike. It was easy enough once I figured out how to pop out the retainer ring. She's now 13% faster (old 18 teeth versus new 16 teeth).

Shimano Nexus Sprocket
I purchased two Nexus sprockets and mounted them back to back on a Srurmey Archer AW hub. They fit perfectly with no modifications. Then I added small derailleur to give the bike a high and low range, (six speeds total). It works perfectly, but you have to also change the front chain-wheel because you need to use a narrower chain.
