Hard as Nails Nail Polish, Crystal Clear, 0.45 Fluid Ounce

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely gorgeous sapphire blue with impressive staying power! I am so impressed with Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in Sturdy Sapphire! The color is absolutely stunning—a rich, vibrant sapphire blue with a beautiful glossy finish that looks much more expensive than it is. It catches the light perfectly and has such a classy, eye-catching look without being over the top. The formula goes on smoothly and levels out nicely without streaking. I got great coverage in two coats, and it dried much faster than I expected. The brush made application easy, even around the edges of my nails. What really surprised me was how durable it is. I do a lot with my hands every day, and this polish held up incredibly well with very minimal chipping. My manicure stayed shiny and fresh-looking for days. As someone with nails that can be prone to breaking, I also appreciate that the Hard as Nails formula helps my nails feel stronger while wearing it. For such an affordable polish, the quality is honestly amazing. The color is bold, elegant, and perfect year-round. If you’re looking for a beautiful true sapphire blue that’s long-lasting, easy to apply, and gives a salon-quality look without the salon price, I highly recommend Sally Hansen Hard as Nails – Sturdy Sapphire. This has definitely become one of my favorite blue nail polishes, and I’ll absolutely be buying it again!

When I grabbed this, I just wanted a cheap, simple polish for my tiny bathroom shelf in my rental. The white looks clean on my short nails and dries pretty fast, so I can paint them right before bed without ruining my sheets. I’m glad it hasn’t chipped too fast even with dish duty.

I like this Sally Hansen Pumping Iron color. Sally Hansen is a tried and true business. I especially like, that with a base coat, color and then top coat, the polish doesn't chip as quickly and lasts much longer than most air dry polishes. This does dry quickly. This polish is not as "chrome" (mirror) color as I had hoped. I have used the Sally Hansen "Foil" colors before and they seem to me a little shinier. This is fine - it's great under other of the shiny colors. It does take 2 - actually I used 3 - coats to look nice on the nail. That number of coats will cover the nail entirely. If you prefer a more transparent color, this is great. I am seeing that many people are using a very light under color and then adding small amounts of chunky polishes. The polish goes on Smoothly and it dries quickly. I do give extra time for drying in between base, color coats and top coats. I also apply the polish after I've done my dishes and cleaned up - I like to give the polish a couple of hours after I've completed painting them to set to a hard set. There is smell with all polishes, so that is a non-issue for me. It is not sticky after application unless you touch it too soon before it is dry. But it isn't sticky to apply. I recommend Sally Hansen products. I went ahead and ordered the Sally Hansen Foil Silver after I got this - I just like the shiny better than this one. But I will continue to use this product as well. I might even try applying this after the base coat and use the Foil for the other 1 or 2 coats. I have each nail painted a different metal color.the index finger is the pumping iron. The middle finger is Sally Hansen Foul Gold. And my ring finger is a chunky glitter gold. I am happy with Sally Hansen and will use this up, too!

Good color, drys fast, great price. Alittle thin, when you use and brush is kinda thin too. But was happy with color.

The baby pink is SO pretty and perfect for an everyday nail color. It’s soft, feminine, and just the cutest shade! I also got the shiny maroon color, and WOWWW. SOOOOO pretty!! 😍🍷 It’s such a gorgeous, rich color and has the prettiest shine to it. The clear is also just a classic. It’s not clumpy and makes my nails just pop out!! And it dries SO fast!! 🙌 I’m always impatient waiting for my nails to dry, so this is a huge win for me. 😂 I’m definitely going to keep these colors in my nail polish collection! 💗

Pros: Inexpensive, easy to apply, and the color looks just like the picture. Cons: Lacks shine and has a rather dull finish. It looks like nail polish after you’ve added thinner to an old, dried-up bottle in its final days.

This covers well in just one bold coat, which surprised me. I felt the image looked light-reflective, so I expected (wanted) it to be pretty sheer. I think of shimmering as not even *semi*-opaque, though I guess with a subjective descriptive, maybe I should consult my dictionary and thesaurus before buying? (To be fair to myself, I usually wear clear polish, so I may be a bit out of practice.) So for me this will be a formal-event polish, instead of “let’s look a bit nice since I'm going out to a casual lunch.” It’s also a bit more coral than peachy, which isn’t necessarily bad, just different. It’s definitely NOT “orange” despite the description, but I think anyone with a halfway decent color monitor could figure that out. YMMV. Color aside, it’s the usual high-quality Hard as Nails polish. So it’s a qualified recommendation — if you’re only going to have one color polish in your stable, you might want to buy it at a brick-and -mortar store.

Avoid this gimmick unless you don't care about how your nails look. I couldn't wait to get this product as I am do tired of gellish/shellac and I'm not very accurate when doing DIY nails. Sadly this product is cloggy, leaves ridges, needs more than 2 coats to see any colourlast and just isn't good value for money. It keeps clean and dry and is well designed but poorly executed. I won't be buying this again :(

Love this colour.

The color is nice if you are looking for cool pink shade but that's about it. The formula is very streaky and it dries before i could straight out the first coat. The brush is long and thin. I had to trash it after the second use. It was waste of money and time.
