Can you use this on your neck

I use this product on my neck and face and it seems to work fine. No problems after one year of daily use.

Item description says vitamin c, but ingredient list doesn't mention vitamin c. does this product contain vitamin c or not?

The item description says vitamin e, and c, I don't really remember, that was a long time ago! But I would not have purchased it if it didn't have all of the actual ingredients in it.

You could ask the company because I looked on the box and bottle and it doesn't say where it is made.
