These guys get the job done and ink up FD-258 fingerprint cards with good contrast, however, I found that I could get about 10 cards completed before the ink stared to run out of the pad. The form factor is a bit odd for rolling, but you'll get the hang of it pretty quick.

When my patients die, sometimes family want a lockets of their loved ones hair and I have started offering fingerprints. You can easily make a heart shape with 2 fingerprints. I keep these in my desk and they are easy to use and wash off easily.
