Matte Lip Liner Pencil Set, 12 Assorted Colors, Color Set -1

I love makeup! I also love lip liners, but I go through them like crazy. I don’t like having to pay $21+ per lip liner at MAC, so when I saw this variety pack for such a great price, I couldn’t resist hehe. To start off, these lip liners apply so smoothly. I also feel like you get a good variety of colors for any occasion - you get two reds, three pinks, two mauves, three brown/tans, one espresso, and one black lip liner. The texture is very similar to the NYX pencil liners, however, I found these to be softer and smoother. They glide on nicely, and it’s really easy to build up the colors if you want it to show up a bit more intensely. Also very easy to smooth out with a brush or your finger. There are some liners that dry down and stay put right away, which can sometimes be a bad thing since I feel like liners that dry down 100% aren’t easy to work with. These stay soft and blendable, which I personally like, but can be an issue if you’re expecting something 100% smudge-proof. I swatched these on my arm and was able to easily smear them with my finger. Again, not a huge issue for me, but can be a problem for some. I think the quality is great, it looks like you get a solid amount of product. Only problem is that these lip liners don’t have any shade names, so it might be tricky distinguishing them. Honestly, I’m really happy with this purchase. They’re very practical and glide on easily, they don’t feel cheap whatsoever and are very pigmented!

Lots of lip liners. They’re all very pigmented. Coverage is definitely there. easy to apply, kinda creamy. It lasts a long time and doesnt smudge easily unless you have lipgloss or chapstick on.

Love the color selection (and use some pencils as eyeliner). Goes on smoothly--but definitely leans more pencil than crayon in terms of texture. The pigment of especially the redder tones is satisfactory for coloring in the lips as a layer to cover with gloss or, to create a new tone, lipstick. The pencils don't necessarily sharpen well (prone to breaking so have to sharpen again to get a usable tip, meaning preferred colors can become stubs quickly). However you kind of get what you pay for with that, and the high number of pencils--especially those of similar color--makes up for it.

Sometimes your lipstick doesn’t last as long as you like. These lip liners outline your lips and they don’t wear off easy. Choose from a lot of colors. Very easy to apply just outline your lips if they are thin otherwise just color in your lips and you can wear it as lipstick.! smudge resistant and easy to use!

Its pigmentation was not that much good and color is good enough. Just need to adjust their pigmentation. Overall other things good

I’ve been using these lip liners for a few days and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality for the price. The nude shades are especially pretty for everyday makeup, and they pair well with gloss or lipstick. The pigmentation is great most shades show up with just one swipe, and the pencils glide on smoothly without pulling on the lips. They’re also easy to blend for a softer look. I used one of the brown shades with clear gloss, and it looked beautiful and natural. Overall, this set offers great variety and is a great addition to any makeup collection.
