Is there an instruction manual or video to decipher the color markings?

Does ball come with instrucion manual?

No. There are images on the ball for the placement of fingers. It’s pretty cool and a great way for young pitchers to learn how to hold a ball.

How does the ball come packaged? I am thinking of giving as a birthday party favor but is the ball loose or have packaging?

It does come in a package, and what a great party favor!

Does it include instructions for how much pronation/supination should be used with each pitch?

As I recall, it does not. It's been over 8 months since I purchased it. But, my students love it! They throw 3 out of the four pitches, but not the curve ball. I won't allow kids under 16 to throw that pitch. Also, have looked into YouTube for further instructions?
