It is adjustable. It shoud fit fine

What does the harness itself weigh?

I never weighed it but it is very light when you put it on

How long is the tether going from harness to tree

I did not measure the tether before I returned the harness. In my upinion the strap that goes around the tree, & teather attaches to, was way too short to go around trees I normally climb. Muddy has very good products but would not purchase this one.
