Thankfully amazon put this in a zip lock bag. The outer bottle and inner bag had product that leaked out. The spray nozzle doesn't lock, this isn't safe if you have kids or want to avoid more leaks when it's in your detailing bucket. Because of this packaging for a chemical, this gets one star. I had to buy a new spray bottle, label it, tranfer the product all before I could actually use it. The actual product itself works well though. If it wasn't for the very inconvenient (and possibly dangerous chemical leaks, with no lock on the sprayer) I would've enjoyed giving this 5 stars.
