Best cinnamon I've ever tasted. Perfect with fresh cooked apples and honey or in a bowl of freshly cooked organic oatmeal. Would be wonderful for some of my Danish dessert recipes. Sweet, gentle, well-rounded flavor with no bitterness.

Ceylon Cinnamon - Best for Health
Great tasting spice!!! I found out that cinnamon is great for health, and that Ceylon Cinnamon is what is recommended. not Cassia. So I purchased this because it had great reviews. Spice Way Ceylon Cinnamon is a great tasting spice to add to desserts, muffins, home-made granola, and gelatin desserts!!!

Wonderful Cinnamon
I bought this cinnamon one time, so far. I will buy it many more times, because it is truly delicious. Perfect flavor, not too strong, not too weak. Fine texture, which helps it mix easily. Smell is heady, but not overpowering. Exactly what Ceylon Cinnamon should be.

Fresh and great taste
Ceylon Cinnamon has a lot of low-aroma, low-taste products on the market, but this product is high-aroma and high-taste. Anthony's Ceylon Cinnamon was my favorite, but I can't find it to buy right now. So I ordered this one and it is a great choice. Fresh cinnamon has a bit of sweetness to it, and this is fresh with great taste.
