Nando’s BBQ Bag and Bake
These are fantastic to have in your cupboard. These transform plain chicken into a tasty meal. I often use this on my chicken and serve with savoury rice- also there is no mess as the chicken cooks in the oven bag.

Not the best flavour
Hands up, may just be personal preference but the flavour wasn’t the best. Nando’s do a few of these (lemon & herb and medium) and I find the other too far nicer

A bit disappointing, the bags don’t hold up well.
Got these to try instead of the maggies ones (for chicken and rice meals), and I’d likely not get them again - whilst the seasoning is fine, there is less than my usual Maggies level of seasoning provided for comparison. Because the bags are more of a parchment type bag, they don’t lock in the steam and moisture to seal the chicken to really lock in that tenderness that a cooking bag typically provides. Instead all that happened was my chicken ended up being chewy, and the bag split open at the base (see photo). The bag splitting resulted in the chicken and the leftover seasoning spilling out on to the oven tray it was on. It delivered on the whole ‘Nando’s’ flavouring but it doesn’t taste amazing, it’s just overwhelming rather than tasty. Value wise they’re about 20p more expensive per than maggies ones, which for Nando’s branding is pretty expected. I think in future I’d buy Nando’s seasoning on its own if I wanted it and get some non porous cooking bags instead.
