At turning 50, I decide to try some supplements. Ginseng is one of the ones I chose. I put a small amount, with other supplements, into hot water and make a tea in the morning. So far it seems that I have had some positive benefits…my overall physical stamina and mental acuity seems to have improved.

I normally get this product and it’s great. Just brought another bag but this time it had a weird taste and smell. Musta just been an old batch or something.

Think an upgrade on a Starbucks decaf afternoon treat with ice. And fruit juice
