If you use a selfish stick, especially one that's attached to a 360ยฐ camera, you absolutely need this! When you're using the selfie stick four hours, the your wrist starts to fatigue and loosen its grip on the extended device at the end of a stick, this is simply because you don't have a counter balance. By attaching this device at the bottom of your selfie stick, you're adding that additional counter balance at the bottom, allowing you to hold the selfie stick for hours longer without feeling any wrist strain. I strongly recommend you buy a couple of these, they come in various sizes so get them all and that way you can experiment with different weight levels to see what is comfortable for you.

This little guys do exactly what they are supposed to. The weight and feel of it is solid and speaks of quality machining. The 1/4 mount makes it easy to mount to your gimbal/counterweight/whatever that has the appropriate mount.
