Still waiting for response.
This machine worked for two week's. Then the motor would turn on but the wheel would no rotate. I tried to contact the seller so they could at least fix. But no response. I also left a message to Amozon. But no response.I also bought a use one for half the cost and it is still working. It would be nice if someone would contact me.

You expect it to work out of the box.
It has a poor description without any relevant photos. You receive a SE-1260-BMC. The tool is NOT in a blow-molded case. It appears to have been tossed into a thin plastic case with boxes of brushes and doesn't even come with the tool or tools to replace the belts or heads. There's a place for a torx bit on the tool, but nothing came with this.
