My basset hound had itchy scabby spots pop up along his back and he was starting to lose some hair in a few of the spots. This shampoo helped after the first wash. He wasn't scratching nearly as much and his scabs seemed to be better. After 3 washes (over the course of 2 weeks) he was like a new dog again! This stuff is liquid gold! And it smells great and leaves his coat soft and shiny too!

This shampoo has worked very well for my dog, who has a lot of problems with yeast and seasonal allergies. My dog stops itching after using this shampoo, smells wonderful, and it cleared up her stomach rash/allergy within a couple of days after using this shampoo. I also use the KetoWELL medicated spray and that too works very well and clears up her allergic rash also in between shampoos. Much less expensive that the products that the vet gives and actually does a much better job! My baby finally has some relief. Thank you KetoWELL - great products and highly recommend!

Effective against Fungus.

It works as well as the best medicated shampoo I get from my vet. It has a lingering medicinal odor, but it’s not offensive. To me it just means it’s doing it’s job. My senior white haired dog has always had skin issues, and I want to avoid a steroid shot. It’s a sensitive skin issue and a reaction to fleas. I have learned to bathe him as soon as he starts to scratch and to bathe him sometimes once or more a week or until he stops chewing on himself. I lather him up two times during each bath and really massage the shampoo deep into the roots of his coat. I leave it to soak in five to ten minutes each time. I also now give him a shorter cut in the spring and summer months to more easily inspect his skin. I wash his bedding once a week and spray my yard for fleas. I don’t take him to dog parks or grassy areas anymore either. I live in Southern California and have always given Murphy an oral monthly anti-flea treatment, but regular use of this shampoo has stopped his scratching and chewing and eliminated broken skin and lesions.
