Overview: Very good product, feels better than simple cables and is ok for the price. Its more expensive than the smaller usb C to audio jack however I believe you will be happier with your purchase if you chose this one especially if you use power banks ofthen. Extra Pros: Colour is very nice shade of red. Apparently, people hear me better when I use this connector over the simpler usb-c to audio jacks I have used before. Durable Cable and materials on the box. Negatives: The bulkyness of the box and the wire conflict quite ofthen can be uncomfortable in small pockets. Testing note: You cannot use the usb c port for charging as a second headphones slot(I have tried).

Having used various usbc - 3.5 jack adapters with my phone, I purchased a new Samsung Tab A9+ tablet. None of the adapters I had would work. I contacted Samsung, who's customer service is impossible to deal with, relying on FAQs and bots, no actual human contact, phone number of email address. Last straw, I bought this. Works for sound, and charges at the same time. Well made and reasonable priced.

So I love this adapter don't get me wrong, howeverrr, after 2 years, it stopped working from the nylon area, so sad!

I love this product as it allows you to charge and listen to your phone at the same time. It fast charges(but not superfast as if the charger were directly plugged into the phone) and the sound quality is good too. It is well constructed in a nice quality looking grey finish and seems very durable. I would definitely buy again and would highly recommend it.

It’s as the title says. Functioned perfectly fine with the headphones on, but wouldn't charge when the charger was plugged in, and caused everything to connect and disconnect rapidly, with or without the headphones plugged in. Not fit for use. I’m returning them. Edit: Since I returned the item, I have received unsolicited messages from the seller, and I have been signed up for marketing emails from the seller’s company without my consent.

Really good, works really well can charge my phone and listen to music. Its also got a durable wire so I don't have to worry when its getting dumped in my handbag.

It's a good product and I think it's good to have the ability to listen to things AND charge at the same time (e.g. Netflix chews up my battery like crazy but I need headphones for is sometimes when in bed). After a while of usage there were a few times when the headphones needed a bit of prodding and positioning to work correctly so I have some concerns how durable this product will be over time but for now it's ok and good value for the price I think

My wife uses these so she can listen to audio books on her wired headphones at night while her phone is charging and also during her daily commute. Her second adapter has just started to malfunction after nine months of use and can no longer charge while listening to her headphones - her previous unit lasted a similar length of time before also packing in. Unlike some other reviews I've read, this does work fine while not externally charged (with a Samsung Galaxy, at least) and it continues to work in this mode. I've now ordered a similar item from a different brand to see if it lasts any longer. So, this item is probably fine for occasional listening but not for prolonged daily use.

Works as expected on my Tab S7+ and Note 9. I love that this attaches with a cable and fits in the gap of any cases I have. The general construction also feels quite premium and well made. Tab S7+: The audio out and microphone function perfectly even while charging. Fast charging unfortunately does not work, but I'm happy it can charge at all. Note 9: The audio out works perfectly and it even fast charges, but the microphone does not work. I'm not too saddened by this though as the phone already has a headphone jack and I was really just testing the adapter. This device is not perfect, and I would like to have seen full compatibility with all devices. I'm giving this 5 stars regardless though because I understand that it's current compatibility is already impressive and the shortcomings I experienced are clearly mentioned on the product page. Some of the issues may even be the fault of the device and not the adapter. Some features work on most devices and the main feature of providing a headphone jack does not disappoint.

I suspect like many people I have a couple of very high quality 3.5mm plug wired headphones. Whilst Bluetooth is all the rage there are times when a wired set of headphones are convenient. These days many phones nonlinear have a headphone jack but only a USB-C connector. Well this little adaptor solves the problem. Whilst it is not the cheapest adaptor of this type what I like about it is it also has a USB-C port allowing you to charge your phone whilst using your wired headset... And I'm pleased to say it works. I have only used this adaptor on my Samsung Fold 3, given the Samsung Fold is a reasonablly complex phone I would be reasonably confident it will work on any phone. Super handing to have in your cable collection.

This claims to be an USB C DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) which allows to charge your phone at the same time. So far so good. Unfortunately, when plugging into my Pixel 6 with Android 12, I get a warning that this device might record sound without properly set authorisation. Didn't find corresponding settings, so no sound! :( Furthermore, when plugging in, my Pixel reports a charging device being plugged in, but when connecting to my charger, nothing charges. Pitty! Returned!
