Shade purchased - Lovely Having read earlier reviews, I think ELF must have changed the formula because mine has no scent at all. It glides on easily with a good dash of sheer colour and feels like it is moisturising my lips. It also has decent staying power. It'll be living permanently it in my handbag now autumn has set in. I would love it even more if ELF could add SPF.

This has now become my favourite lip colour. It’s sheer and juicy, completing a polished barely- there makeup look. It does need reapplying but goes on like a lip-balm so I don’t need a mirror.

I used the shade delightful and it’s beautiful - reminds me of a lighter, more mauve cashmere from lime crime. Very close dupe would be ‘really me’ from MAC. Looks very smooth and performs better than more expensive versions of a similar product, imo. A star off because the seal was broken (product was untouched thankfully) and the scent of it is strong, unpleasant and quite sickly (like rose combined with rotten berries) and unfortunately it lingers. Would prefer fragrance free or just a light vanilla.

I love the colour and texture of this and for the first time ever I've found a true nude. However, the shape makes it hard to apply precisely and I found with the darker colour I bought I had to clean my lips up after. They also have a very strong fake watermelon smell which I really hate. I would much prefer if they did not have a smell at all.

I can hardly tell the difference in feel and shade beside the original black honey. I highly recommend this to those who want to try the cult black honey without the price tag. I know I won't be buying the original anymore. I really can't fault this at all in comparison. I slightly prefer the elf version as it feels more hydrating to me as an individual. Your mileage may vary on that aspect, to me this is a winner and im stocking up

ohh i am so disappointed! i absolutely love e.l.f products, but this one is absolutely terrible. it streaks everywhere, like I cannot express how ugly it looks on my lips. if by chance your lips are not incredibly hydrated, it will pick up and show all the dry areas. and for some reason whenever i put it on it makes my lips peel... terrible value for money it spreads everywhere also. I am hoping it was maybe a one-off. it is very soft. don't get me wrong, the heart core is super cute, and the general tube looks adorable and trendy, its just a big shame the product doesnt do as good. dont buy this!!

goes on smoothly and keeps my lips shiny for most of the day, just glide it on and forget about it as it stays on , it really depends if you drink and eat alot then it will come off, but can be topped up easily and kept in your bag, for the price it's good. it doesn't make my lips plump and isn't sticky, I recommend as it's easier to wear than lipstick, no messing with lip liner and lippy or checking to see if it's smudged as this is perfect, leaving a glossy look without breaking the bank.

She wanted it, so I bought it, and she likes it. That's about the best I can tell you about it other than the tint is also quite noticeable almost like lipstick but more see through.
