After my 1 star rating, they contacted me to help me set up the camera and then sent me another camera which did work fine with my laptop, I was vert impressed with their courtesy and their desire to set things right. They were completely honest and above board and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have seen the customer service of this company personally; I received a product that was not working as listed and they contacted me and more then went out of their way to correct the issue. I now have a camera of [same model] of excellent quality. The camera is low cost with good resolution; I am glad I purchased it.I want to thank 'Shenzhen YoLuke Technology' and their representative "Ricky" for their hard work and dedication to ensuring their customers are satisfied and will be return customers

Okay, picture was good, but once I changed programs I couldn't find it on my computer. No real instructions or support for it that I could find.

HD yeah right more like ND no definition

Good image quality. The spring in the clip isn't too strong so I ended up needing to tape it to my monitor. But it works well for Skype calls.

Plug and play, no trouble shooting. I bought it for an online proctored exam, worked great.

The video quality is a bit grainy, but I'd still call the camera quite solid for this price point. The aesthetic is nice too.
