How big a box does it ship in?

I bought it about 3 years ago, but I think it was in a box about 36" wide x 30" high and 3" thick, or something similar to these diminsions. Thor bends at the waist so if is is 6 feet tall, the box will be 36 inches. I have also seen a similar one that bends at the head, chest and legs, so that style will come in a smaller box..

Is it possible to hang it on a wall and not use the stand up?

Yes . you also could cut out the rest of the cardboard to give it a more 3D look than hang it .

Not sure the exact dimensions but the package is about half the size of the assembled hulk cutout.

How does it stand up?

Stands up perfect.i used outside for kids carnival and as long as it wasn’t any strong winds It was fine
