I was skeptical but it has helped lower my A1C. I just ordered ny 3rd bottle. My naturopath just asked me to up my dosage. She had me on one capsule in the morning and one at night. I had to look at the CBC report on glucose in my good serum like three times to believe it. I had been taking it for six weeks and having weekly blood work done.
