Best batteries I’ve had 3rd party off Amazon, I bought lots of these plus 4 cell. And one 6 s. All were amazing none got hot. Great performance. I used I’m cars and boats. Great price

So far, so good, these seem to be working as advertised. They take a charge well, it appears that the initial charge voltage for these batteries can be over 8.6 to almost 8.7Vdc, even though they are rated at 7.2Vdc. I charged the two different batteries I received on two different make peek battery chargers with almost identical results and checked them with my multimeter regularly during the charging process. The voltage settled out to around 8.5Vdc after a while, but the peak voltage was a little concerning. The batteries never got hot though, so I kept going. I have read in RC hobbyists and battery manufacturers forums that battery temperature is what you really need to monitor and keep below a critical level due to the fact that these batteries can over heat, explode and even catch fire in extreme cases, this is why you are not supposed to leave them unattended while charging. So far they are working as intended with pretty good capacity. I don’t have sophisticated equipment to measure ampere hour capacity accurately, but I think mine are fairly close to the advertised specs.

Worked great

These batteries can be around half a mm smaller than the advertised 137x48x25mm in the description. I measured 134.5mm or 137mm length including protrusion, 24.5mm height, 47.5mm width. You can get high run times, around 30 minutes with a traxxas rustler. One negative is the silicone insulation on the wiring easily breaks and doesnt have an additional shrink tube like other goldbat batteries. You can put some liquid flex tape to keep it insulated, but I wouldnt worry about the actual wires breaking. Never discharge below 5.5-6v to make preserve battery capacity and store at around 50-80% of full charge.
