Different type of box cookies
I bake quite alot, cakes/tray bakes/ cookies.. my 12yo and 7yo are always wanting to join me, which stresses me out😂 so userally id get them a box packet, as i userally do MY stuff from stratch. Problem is box sets aint userally ALL IN ONE. Like the extra parts u need , BUT this set DOES! Comes with a bag of the dry ingrediants, (you only gotta add an egg and butter.pretty normal for box packet) Fondant in a little pack for rolling out and placing on the baked cookies, a round cookie cutter, metal...(not very high quality but its alright) 3 little tiny bottles of paint (very runny) and a brush (only 1) AND a small plastic paint palette! So apart from egg, butter and option of adding flavour, you have an ALL IN ONE cookie box... PERFECT for kids! I got the hubby to do this with my 7yo son, he wasnt to happy about that but my son was🤣 But it was so straight forward, easy etc.. they did this with no problems..and nothing caught fire!! 😂 Instructions are on the back of the outter sleeve..also had some kinda cut out 'frames' but we forgot about them...son was to busy with the cookies. It is a pricey set, seems to be from the brand, as looks like they do a few different things.. but its a good set if you wanna have everything you pretty much need in 1 box, and its really nicely presented. Perfect to even give as a gift! And my son has even eaten a few!!!! (he dont userally like stuff hes baked, hes a VERY picky eater with all foods ) This box set was a win!!

Fun and simple set - Included accessories to reuse - Encourage creativity & Cooking
If you have any little bakers than this is a really interesting little kit that although a little bit pricey does have everything you need to make and decorate some really unique and individual cookies this could be a really a nice idea if you want to have a child make something special and unique for the sibling for instance. The instructions and guides are pretty straightforward to follow and suggestions for activities are an assistance too. Overall it's a great kit it's just a little bit pricey in my opinion however if you want everything in a box, ready to go, then its great.

Cute kit for budding bakers
This is a really nicely designed gift set that is made from recyclable materials but is bright and cheerful enough to appeal to children. It includes the dry ingredients to make a batch of cookies, as well as fondant icing and coloured inks to decorate them. You need to add 80 grams of butter and a medium egg (plus optional vanilla or almond essence), and you will need your own basic tools like bowls and a baking tray. The nice thing about this is that the recipe is simple, and the little packets of dry ingredients mean that there is no weighing out and therefore much less mess than usual when baking with children. Kids will love drawing designs onto the cookies once they're made. The downsides of the kit are that it is very expensive for what you get, plus the instructions are on the back of the cardboard sleeve that surrounds the box, which is not the most convenient place and means that they can't really be kept. It would be better if they were in a leaflet, and it would also be good if two paintbrushes were provided (as in the photos) rather than just one, so that two kids or a child and an adult could work together on the decorating. Overall though this is a sweet kit that any children with interests in baking or art will enjoy.

The Good, The Bad and The Messy
I have called my review “The Good, The Bad and The Messy” so I shall explain what I mean. Firstly the good part: I like kits like this that allow you to create something with a little helper. It’s a great way to learn about food and baking and also a great way to bond too. I like that there are no hidden additives or preservatives included in the mixes and that the packaging is environmentally friendly. The bad part is the cost. It is expensive for a kit which you need to add some ingredients to. I am also unsure whether this kit is aimed at adults who bake or those who don’t. There is a cutter included, but most bakers will have one, but you need to have parchment paper as there is only one sheet included and you need more which mostly only those who bake will have. I have made (with my little helper) similar cookies at a fraction of the price. The final part is the messy! This is to do with the colouring which never seems to dry out. Eating a cookie meant your hands would get covered let alone your lips and your teeth. I’m glad we didn’t decide to host a tea party with these because it would have been a pretty messy affair! Overall we had a good time making cookies but I definitely don’t think it is worth the cost. By the time you have included the extra ingredients, cooking time etc. it is a pretty expensive activity. As I say, there are other options available and even though the biscuits were quite tasty and we did have fun, it’s not something that I would get again at this price.

Very over priced
I was very disappointed with this gift set, it's priced at £22.00 and I was expecting a lot more in the set. Its very overpriced for the items you get, you could go to the supermarket and buy all the items for approx. half the price, so your really paying the extra for a box. Would not recommend this for that reason. Not a lot more I can say but once cooked the cookie's are not that nice either.

delicious cookies!
Aw this set is absolutely adorable, the packaging is gorgeous. The cookies/biscuits whatever you prefer to call them, really resemble sugar cookies for me. The icing is beautiful, and the biscuit is lovely. I really like that you get an activity to do before or after baking, a little colouring in activity. The instructions are incredibly easy to read and follow, baking was an absolute breeze. My son thoroughly enjoyed baking these biscuits with me. Everything is already measured and easy to throw into a bowl, really enjoyed baking these! Highly recommend for the quality!
