I have been using this item for just over a month now and it seems to be working. My sugar is stabilizing and the readings are better now that I have been on this awhile. I know one of the claims I read said that it makes you feel like you are more full and thus will eat less. I do not really feel like I am more full, but I am losing weight. I am not 100% certain that this product is helping with my glucose numbers or my weight loss, but I am going to keep using this supplement as it sure shows signs that it is helping in both areas and that is very encouraging to me. Time will tell but at this time I would recommend anyone to try this product for a month to see if it helps them like it appears to be helping me, and if this trend continues I will be coming back to update this review to 5 stars!

For most of my post-30 adult life I've pretty much always eaten like a diabetic...ie: low carb, low sugar so in a recent checkup I was surprised when they stated that my sugar levels were elevated and they wanted to do further testing.
