Perfect clipper

I ordered this item and it just stopped working after 1 month! Horrible quality. Can the company please give me a refund or even credit note or replacement?

I really want to love this, its soo convenient and fast. The only downsides are that firstly, it pulls on the hair quite a bit, given that its not cheap, I did not expect this. Secondly, the guards feel really cheap and brittle. I've read a few other reviews stating that they break easily and now that it is in my hands I can understand why. Its the wrong type of plastic, there should also have more variety in the guard increments. Otherwise it would have been perfect

I bought two of these items. Both broke down. Fully charged, just stops working and stutters 5 mins in.

This thing is miraculous. I have PD and I can use it easily to cut my hair like a barber (close cropped on the sides and back). The trick is to use the right grading comb and cut and trim from bottom to top on the sides and from top to bottom on the back. The only downside is the lack of a lanyard to prevent this beauty from dropping on the floor. Well done, Remington. After months of use, it appears that the grading combs actually break easily. Remington, back to the drawing board. Note to Amazon: Verify this purchase please. I bought the item in Ankara, Turkey.
