It's crucial to allow ample time for the product to dry before getting dressed to avoid staining clothing. Let me just say that I am not easily impressed. And the more costly a product is, the more I expect results. I have been diligently using bioCorneum for almost 6 weeks on first and second degree burns. As soon as I was burned, I began researching products that I could use that would be effective. I read great things about this one and its FDA approval for the treatment of scars further bolstered my confidence that despite the price, this product was worth investing in. I know I am only halfway through the process, and there will be plenty of people that will say give it time, but right now the results are hardly impressive. After almost 6 weeks it has failed to even return the lightest areas of hyperpigmentation to my natural skin color. I have seen some improvement on the second degree areas, but it's hard to tell whether that's the bioCorneum, the Mepitac tape I have been using in conjunction with the bioCorneum, or just simply time as it has been 2 months since the accident. I have mainly seen improvement in areas of hypopgigmentation, and the areas are flat and smooth. They don't feel like scar tissue at all. I have also been using the product for about 3 weeks on an older scar and so far, no change. Yes, older scars take even longer to treat, but like I said this product is not inexpensive and you should be able to see some results if you are expected to keep reinvesting in something. I have purchased my last bottle of this product. It should be enough to last me another 6 weeks. It's my hope that I will have to come back here and take back all of these statements. No one wants this product to work more than I do. But right now, I feel that the only thing that bioCorneum has faded away is my time and my money.

Es una crema suave, no tiene olor. Es reciente mi herida pero ha comenzado a desvanecerse. Es importante masajear. Con una pequeña cantidad es suficiente ya que se esparce bien y cubre el área. Tengo piel sensible u no me irrito. Espero en unos meses ver más resultados.
